Opera Saratoga will present a wide variety of concerts and special events at venues throughout Saratoga Springs 2015 schedule including La Cenerentola, Dido and Aeneas, The Long Walk – World Premier. 19 Roosevelt Drive, Saratoga Springs, 584.6018.

Glimmerglass Festival 40 will once again bring the best in Opera for their 40th anniversary season to this ideal setting in Cooperstown. The Philadelphia Orchestra at SPAC will open on August 5th with Bernadette Peters and run through August 22 with the annual 1812 spectacular. Saratoga Performing Arts Center, 108 Avenue of the Pines, Saratoga Springs.

Ballet at SPAC will run July 7th to July 22 this year. This longer season will include not only the New York City Ballet but also The National Ballet of China. Saratoga Performing Arts Center, 108 Avenue of the Pines, Saratoga Springs,

Mabee Historic Site concert series held in the 1760’s Dutch Barn will have its seventh season of the Howlin’ at the Moon concert series with 12 scheduled events. July through November are currently left in the popular series. 1080 Main Street, Rotterdam Junction,  887.5073.

The Music Haven Concert Series in Schenectady’s Central Park on the Agnes McDonald Music Haven Stage will run  through August 9. The rain site will be Proctors. They will run Sundays at 7pm. Free to the public. 500 Iroquois Way, Schenectady.

Rockin’ on the River Concert Series in Troy is held every Wednesday until August 12th with a special date: Friday, July 3rd with Fireworks! The rain dates are August 19th and 26th. Each concert begins at 5pm and ends at approximately 8:30pm. Free to the public. The concerts take place in
Downtown Troy in the Green Island Bridge Parking lot just north of the Green Island Bridge. Rain or shine!

Riverlink Summer Concert Series free music at a great venue every Saturday during July and August 2015. Rain or shine under the Beechnut band shell or event tent. Saturdays, July 4th at 7pm. Free to the public. 1 Front Street in Amsterdam,

Alive at Five at the Corning Preserve runs every Thursday through August 6th at 5pm. Alive at Five is Albany NY’s premier summer concert series featuring distinguished national, regional and local artists bringing their best performances to Albany for this popular event. Free to the public.
