Mac n’ cheese

Ingredients:
8 oz elbow macaroni (cooked)
2 oz. diced tomatoes
Pinch of parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley
1 cup of milk
3 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 oz. butter
1 oz flour
Breadcrumbs

Directions:

  • On stove top, make sauce by combining milk, butter and flour; then add shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Add tomatoes & seasoning.
  • Mix with the elbow macaroni, sprinkle with bread crumbs and broil until GBD (Golden Brown & Delicious).
  •  If using the broiler is not an option, then bake at 350 until GBD.
