Ingredients
450 Gram  Flour Rice Noodles
1 oz. Thin soy sauce (Thai soy)
1 oz. Black soy sauce
¾ cup thickly sliced yellow onion
½ cup sliced red pepper
½ cup sliced carrots steamed
1 egg
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp sugar
6 oz peeled shrimp
red chili paste to taste
10 leaves fresh basil

 

Directions
• Cook noodles and set aside. 
• Stir fry in oil, egg to scramble, add onions and peppers until limp, add shrimp and when pink add all remaining ingredients except basil.
• Continue to stir fry for  3-5 min. 
• Top with basil and serve.
